Dream big.

I would be a butcher and work at Thames valley bacon when dad retires because he owns it. This is dad and Chelsea when they went to Auckland for the New Zealand Pork industry Pork, Bacon and Ham Awards. They were awarded the gold for there bacon called Bananarama. They sell bacon, sausage, pattie, steak, corn silverside, and more. They cure smoke and make their own Christmas hams. When I say smoke they smoke the food in the smoker.

Thames Valley Bacon owners Chelsea Clarke and Brad Clothier won gold at the 11th annual New Zealand Pork industry Pork, Bacon and Ham Awards for their Bananarama Dry-Cured Bacon.

  1. Great post, Maddox, it sounds like you have a pretty cool dream to work towards and some great role models! Just remember when you are talking about something that belongs to someone we use 'their' instead of 'there'.
