This is my vocab for week 3. I did this creation on google drawings.
It took me around 2 and a half days to make this. It has all the meaning of the words: Defiance, Calloused, Intently and Writhed.
I also added a sentence that goes with the meanings. I found out the meanings for each word on google.
The hardest bit was putting the meanings in my own words.
And the rest was the easiest.
I can see you have worked hard to put your definitions into your own words, Maddox, tino pai! Just remember that when we ask you to put the word into a sentence you need to use the vocab words in your sentence - for example you needed to put the word calloused into a sentence. Also definitions can be a little tricky to research especially when words can have more than one meaning. The best places to look are online dictionaries such as the Oxford or Mirriam Webster dictionaries instead of just google. Can you have another look at 'defiance', 'presumably' and 'intently'.
